Working at Pottsville Beach Sports Club means being part of a warm, easy-going team in one of the friendliest spots on the Tweed Coast. We're community-minded to our core — every shift is about looking after members, families and visitors, and making the club feel like a home away from home.
The roles we hire for usually sit across two areas:
- Bar staff with a flair for mixology — people who take pride in a well-poured beer, a great cocktail and a quick chat across the bar.
- Friendly floor & hospitality team — switched-on, welcoming people who keep the room running smoothly and make every guest feel looked after.
