The scheme was introduced in 1998 by the NSW Government. In 2014, ClubGRANTS delivered more than $100 million in funding to thousands of charities, sporting teams and community groups, and more than $1 billion has been provided since the Scheme began.
Every year in the Tweed Shire over 80 Community based charities are proudly supported by your local Clubs. This support is coordinated through the Tweed Club Grants committee. With over 1 million dollars donated each year many of these local charities, community groups and sporting clubs simply wouldn’t exist without it. Emergency services and voluntary organisations who do such wonderful work in our area rely on this support, and we are proud to provide it.
